Mandy Taniguchi/MDN Mini Donut Nachos consist of mini donuts covered in sugar and cinnamon topped with strawberries and blueberries with chocolate and caramel drizzle then topped off with whipped cream and crushed graham crackers. These can be found at Spicy Pie inside the ND State Fair Center.

Mandy Taniguchi/MDN These fresh never frozen gourmet flavored cheese curds come from The Cheese Shack. They are available in four different flavors - original, cajun, ranch and garlic. The cheese curds come from the Cheese Curd Capital of Wisconsin, Ellsworth. The stand is located at the northeast entrance by Gate B.

This Chicken in a Waffle on a Stick is one of the many varities of waffle sticks to choose from, including Pizza Waffle Stick and Cookie Dough Stick. The stand is located between Flickertail Gardens and ND Game and Fish Conservation and Outdoors Skills Park.

Mandy Taniguchi/MDN Crepe Cafe from Bismarck is at the ND State Fair for its third year. This Fruit Crepe contains strawberries, blueberries and bananas topped with chocolate syrup and whipped cream. Other choices are Nutella Banana Nut, Caramel Apple, Spicey BBQ Beef, Ham and Cheese and Spinach and Mushroom. The stand is located between Flickertail Gardens and ND Game and Fish Conservation and Outdoors Skills Park.
