Blast of arctic air returns to North Dakota

BISMARCK (AP) — Forecasters are expecting a blast of arctic air this week will return bitter cold and near blizzard conditions to North Dakota.
The National Weather Service predicts wind chills could dip to near 40 degrees below zero to the north this morning. The high temperature in Bismarck later in the day could reach 15 degrees.
A winter weather advisory was posted for central North Dakota from Tuesday evening though midday today.
The Jamestown area could see blizzard-like conditions early today with falling snow and winds gusting to 45 mph. A winter storm watch was issued for eastern North Dakota.
