of America by and through the
Department of Treasury Internal
Revenue Service, and all other per-
sons unknown claiming any estate
or interest in or lien or encumbrance
upon, the property described in the
Complaint,
Defendants.
On March 12, 2021 in the County of
Ward, State of North Dakota, in the
above-entitled action, a Judgment
was entered providing that there
was an amount due and owing to
the Plaintiff in the sum of
$183,740.42 and by virtue of an exe-
cution issued on the Judgment out
of the office of the Clerk of said Dis-
trict Court, pursuant to which I will
sell the Defendant’s interest in the
real estate situated in Ward County
hereinafter described to the highest
bidder for cash, at public auction at
the front door of the Ward County
Courthouse, 315 3rd St SE. Minot,
North Dakota, on the 28th day of
July, 2021 at 10:00 A.M., to satisfy
the amount due to the date of sale,
or so much thereof as the proceeds
of said sale applicable thereto will
satisfy.
The balance due on the Judgment
for which execution has been issued
is $184,675.78. Interest accrues
from and after June 21, 2021 at the
per diem rate of $29.23 (subject to
change as provided for in the Note).
The real estate to be sold as afore-
said, located in the County of Ward,
State of North Dakota, are described
as follows, to-wit:
That portion of Outlot 9 of the
NE1/4 Section 35, Township 155
North, Range 83 West of the 5th
P.M., Ward County, North Dakota,
more fully described as follows:
Beginning at a point 2131 feet
South along the East line of said
NE1/4 and 350 feet West of the
Northeast corner of said NE1/4,
said point being on the Southeast
corner of said Outlot 9 and north-
erly limits of 28th Avenue
Southwest; thence running west
along the south line of said Outlot
9 and northerly limits of 28th Ave-
nue Southwest a distance of 330
feet to a point on the Southwest
corner of said Outlot 9, thence
North along the West line of said
Outlot 9 a distance of 251.6 feet,
thence South 52 feet East a dis-
tance of 176.3 feet, thence east
along a line 131 feet north of a
parallel with the South line of said
Outlot 9 a distance of 201.3 feet,
to a point on the east line of said
Outlot 9, thence South along the
East line of said Outlot 9 a dis-
tance of 131 feet, more or less, to
the point of beginning.

2. Notice is hereby given pursuant to
said Judgment that the real property
described as:
The following real property lying and
being in the County of Ward, State
of North Dakota, and described as
follows to-wit: Township 156 North,
Range 83 West of the 5th P.M., Sec-
tion 33: SW1/4NE1/4NE1/4, Ward
County, North Dakota.
Subject to all easements, covenants,
conditions, reservations, leases and
restrictions of record, all legal high-
ways, all rights of way, all zoning,
building and other laws, ordinances
and regulations, all rights of tenants
in possession, and all real estate
taxes and assessments not yet due
and payable.
Being the same property conveyed
by deed recorded in document no.
2845174, of the Ward County North
Dakota, records.

The above real property is the sub-
ject of the Mortgage dated October
28, 2010, which Mortgagors, Lance
G. Rascoe and Shannon Rascoe,
executed and delivered to U.S. Bank
National Association ND, and
recorded in the office of the Clerk
and Recorder of Ward County, North
Dakota, on November 29, 2010, In-
strument Number 2917339, which is
subject to the entered Judgment.
3. In order to realize the amount of
$271,037.76, as of May 25, 2021,
plus interest accruing thereafter on
said amount at the rate of 5.23% per
year together with the costs and ex-
penses of sale, will be sold subject
to redemption as provided by law as
one parcel of land at public auction,
subject to the lien for unpaid real
estate taxes and assessments of
Ward County, North Dakota, and
easements and restrictions of
record, to the highest bidder for cash
under the direction of the Sheriff of
Ward County, North Dakota, at the
main entrance of the Ward County
Courthouse located at 315 SE 3rd
Street, Minot, North Dakota 58701,
on July 28, 2021 (“Sale Date”), at
10:00 AM.
4. If the sale is set aside for reason,
the Purchaser at the sale shall be
entitled only to a return of the depo-
sit paid. The purchaser shall have
no further recourse against the Mort-
gagor, the Mortgagee or the
Mortgagee’s attorney.

Request for Proposal
The Fort Berthold Housing Authority
is requesting for 2 and 3 bedroom
modular homes to replace 21 homes
on the Fort Berthold Indian Reser-
vation. Homes will be approximately
1200-1600 Square Feet. Proposals
should not include foundations. Pro-
posals will be for a turn-key home in-
cluding, all stitching and seaming of
exterior and interior, all HVAC,
plumbing and electrical except for
electrical, water, and sewer connec-
tion. No proposals for manufactured
homes or homes built on metal
I-beams will be considered. Dead-
line for proposals will be July 2,
