Any companies/teams/joint ventur-

ers planning to submit a bid are en-

Generally, the Work covered by the

Plans and Specifications for

Manhole Rehab – Minot Country

Club consists of the material, labor,

tools, and equipment required for the

cleaning, repair and lining of 16 –

72-inch dia. And 2 – 48″ dia. sanitary

manholes including removal of

manhole steps and replacement of

castings. Details of the construction

are included in the Drawings, Project

Manual, and the 2021 City of Minot

Standard Specifications and Details.

All Bids are to be submitted on the

basis of cash payment for the Work

and Materials necessary to complete

the project. Each bid must be ac-

companied by a separate envelope

containing the contractor’s license

and bid security. The bid security

must be in a sum equal to five per-

cent of the full amount of the bid and

must be in the form of a bidder’s

bond. A bidder’s bond must be exe-

cuted by the bidder as principal and

by a surety, conditioned that if the

principal’s bid is accepted and the

contract awarded to the principal,

the principal, within ten days after

notice of the award, shall execute a

and any condition of the governing

body. A countersignature of a bid

Should the Contractor fail to com-

plete its obligations under the Con-

or within such extra time as may

er, there will be deducted from any

amount due to the Contractor the

sum of $750 per day for each and

every calendar day that the comple-

tion of the Work is delayed. The

able for any excess. Such payment

Selection of the Consultant

It is the intent of the Airport to form a

committee to review the Statements

of Qualifications submitted and rank

the qualified firm(s). Members of the

selection committee may consist of

Airport Staff, City Staff to include

Department Heads, City Council

Members, and others.

The Airport may choose to interview

a shortlist of consultants before

making the selection. The shortlisted

consultants shall be notified at least

7 days prior to the interview date.

All unsuccessful firms will be notified

in writing no later than 10 days after

selection of the Consultant and may

contact the Airport for debriefing.

The Airport reserves the right to re-

ject any and all submissions to this

RFQ, request clarification, or waive

informalities/technicalities, if it is

deemed in the best interest of the

Airport. The Airport assumes no

responsibility for costs incurred in

responding to this RFQ. All submit-

tals to this RFQ become property of

the Airport.

In accordance with FAA selection

2. You are hereby summoned and

required to appear and defend

against the Complaint in this action,

which is herewith served upon you,

by serving upon the undersigned a

copy of an Answer or other proper

response within twenty-one (21)

days after the service of this Sum-

mons upon you, exclusive of the day

of service.

3. If you fail to do so, Judgment by

default will be taken against you for

the relief demanded in the Com-

plaint.

4. This Summons and accompany-

ing Complaint will be filed with the

Clerk of the Court named above.

5. This action relates to the foreclo-

sure of a mortgage upon the follow-

ing described real property in the

County of Ward, State of North

Dakota:

All of the following real property lying

and being in the County of Ward,

State of North Dakota, and

described as follows, to-wit

Lot 35, Block 3, Silver Springs Addi-

tion to the City of Surrey, Ward

County, North Dakota.

6. The Plaintiff is not seeking a per-

sonal judgment against the
