TAX CREDIT PROGRAM

North Dakota Housing Finance

Agency (NDHFA) will hold a Public

Hearing, via toll-free conference call,

with respect to its proposed Quali-

fied Allocation Plan (QAP) under the

2022 Low Income Housing Tax

Credit Program on April 1, 2021, at

10:00 a.m., CT.

The QAP sets forth the procedures

and criteria which NDHFA will

adhere to in allocating low income

housing tax credits to owners and

developers of rental housing pur-

suant to Section 42 of the Internal

Revenue Code.

The Public Hearing is for interested

parties to provide either written or

oral comments regarding the pro-

posed QAP. Persons who do not at-

tend the hearing may submit written

comments by 5:00 p.m., CT, on

March 31, 2021. The plan can be

viewed on NDHFA’s website,

www.ndhfa.org, beginning on March

has been prepared to analyze the

impacts of the construction of a new

22,000-sf children’s museum and

activity center, the Magic City

Discovery Center (MCDC) in north

Minot, North Dakota.

The EA evaluates potential impacts

of the alternative actions on the en-

vironment including the No-action

Alternative. Based on this analysis,

the MCDC has prepared a proposed

Finding of No Significant Impact

(FONSI).

ANNUAL REPORT TO HUD

The North Dakota Department of

Commerce, Division of Community

Services and North Dakota Housing

Finance Agency announce the

state’s Annual Report to the U.S.

Department of Housing and Urban

Development for 2019 Action Plan

will be available for public review

during the period of March 1-16,

2021.

The 2019 Action Plan served as the

state’s grant application to HUD for

the Community Development Block

Grant, HOME, Emergency Solutions

Grant, and National Housing Trust

Fund programs. The Annual Report

provides information on the various

activities funded by these programs

from July 1, 2019, through June 30,

2020, and describes how these ac-

tivities addressed the goals and ob-

jectives of the state’s 2015-2019

Consolidated Plan. In addition, the

Annual Report identifies the number

and types of households that bene-

fited from these programs during the

2019 program year.

The City of Minot is posting this legal

notice. The City of Minot is currently

pursuing the aid of the United States

Air Force Reserve in Vector Control

for fiscal year 2020 and 2021. The

proposal is for the Department of

Defense (Innovative Readiness

Training Program) to perform arthro-

pod borne disease control training

through the aerial application of pes-

ticides. There is no funding for these

operations without the assistance of

the USAFR unit. To fulfill the

non-competitive requirements of the

Department of Defense, this notice

is given. Any questions or objections

line universal services to qualifying

low income North Dakota customers

using its own facilities.
