place for new devices. Remove ca-
ble that will not work for new system

The successful Bidder will be re-
quired to have a North Dakota

license and a Mandan Hidatsa Ari-
kara Nation TERO license at the
time of submission of the Bid. Every
effort will be made to ensure that all
persons have equal access to con-
tracts and other business opportun-
ities with NHSC within the limits im-
posed by law or NHSC policy. Each
Bidder may be required to show evi-
dence of its equal employment op-

Special Meeting
August 5, 2020 5:30 P.M.
Board Members Present: Todd
Awalt, Holly Brekhus, Jim Vannett,
Chris Sutton, and Bob Kraus
Administrators present: Matt Norby,
Chelsey Raymond, Alex Schmaltz
Mr. Norby presented the proposed
Nedrose School District’s Health &
Safety Plan. Questions from guests,
Brock Begg and Michaela Huber,
were answered.
Motion was made by Bob Kraus and
seconded by Chris Sutton to ap-
prove the Health & Safety Plan. Roll
vote was taken. Jim Vannett-yes,
Chris Sutton-yes, Bob Kraus-yes,
Todd Awalt-yes, and Holly
Brekhus-yes. Motion carried.
Mr. Norby proposed paying the
teachers on the Covid Task Force a
stipend and paying the principals ad-
ditional salary. Bob Kraus moved to
table these issues until the next reg-
ular board meeting. Jim Vannett
seconded the motion. Motion car-
ried.
Mr. Schmaltz presented on a school
app/website option the communica-
tion committee had reviewed.
Chris Sutton moved to proceed with
the school app & website from
Apptegy for the costed quoted
($8,000 setup fee & & $7,240 annual
fee). Todd Awalt seconded the mo-
tion. Motion carried. Mr. Schmaltz
will notify Apptegy to get the process
started.
Bob Kraus moved to adjourn the
meeting. Jim Vannett seconded.
Motion carried unanimously.
