The Minot North Sentinels soccer team has been on a two game skid since earning their first loss of the season on Tuesday, August 25.
On Tuesday, September 1, the Sentinel traveled to Williston High School to take on the Coyotes in hopes that they can break their short losing streak.
The first half of play saw strong defense for both teams, but the Sentinels were able to score their first goal of the game when senior Christian Guerrero launched the ball into the net from over 20 yards away in the 28th minute of the match.
The rest of the first half remained scoreless, giving the Sentinels the lead at 1-0 heading into the second half at deadline.
