Magi close out regular season with win over Patriots

The Minot High boys tennis team has been dominant on the court this season.
The Magicians started the season out with a 13-0 record across two straight months of play. They were finally defeated by the Mandan Braves 1-8 in mid-September, and have only lose to one other team through the entirety of the regular season.
The Magi played their last match of the regular season on Thursday, September 24, against the Century Patriots, taking home yet another victory 7-2.
The Magi finished the regular season with a record of 17-2, sitting comfortably in the WDA’s top three spots.
With their win on Thursday closing out the season, the Magicians will have their longest gap between matches since the season began as they prepare for the 2026 NDHSAA West Region Boys Tennis Tournament.
The region tournament will be held at Hammond Park in Minot over the course of three day, from Thursday, October 1, through Saturday, October 3.
