The Minot North Sentinels cheer team began this year’s cheer season with two days of UCA camp classes learning and improving skills and stunt safety.

The Sentinels are entering this new season with their largest graduating class since their inaugural season with 12 seniors on the roster out of the 34 total athletes this year.

The Sentinels worked through just two days of classes at camp, closing out the week with a routine designed, put together and executed in just a single day.

The Sentinels’ performance to close out the camp earned them the UCA Superior Trophy.

Fourteen members of the Sentinels cheer team also earned the title of All-American. Recipients of the All-American award have the chance to be invited to perform at special events through out the season.
