Football season opens, Mavericks 58-6 over Nedrose

High school football season is officially under way in North Dakota with many teams taking to the field for the first time this year on Friday, August 21.
The Mohall-Lansford-Sherwood High School Mavericks and the Nedrose High School Cardinals were two such teams to kick off their season this past Friday.
The Mavericks took down the Cardinals in the season opener with a score of 58-6.
