Charity Pro-Am Tournament ends, Glinski goes 32 under

The Western ND Charity Pro-Am Golf Tournament came to a close on Sunday, August 16, at the Vardon Golf Club with professional golfer Mason Glinski taking home the first place prize.

Glinski, out of Oxnard, CA, walked away Sunday with the tournament’s $30,000 prize and a new Western ND Pro-Am Tournament record. Glinski finished the tournament with a score of 32 under par over the course of four rounds.

Glinski went four under par in the first round, 11 under par in the second, seven under in the third and nine under in the fourth round to give him his win.

Glinski finished four strokes ahead of the tournament’s second place finisher. He ended the tournament with 31 birdies and two eagles.

Minot local Cody Reynolds was the only player in the tournament to represent the Magic City over the weekend, and just one of three players from North Dakota.

Reynolds shot one under par in the first round of play, shot two over in the second round and shot his third and final round four under par.

Reynolds was cut from the tournament after the third round and finished with a score of three under par.
