The Minot North volleyball team’s season came to an end on Friday, Nov. 14, following its second loss in as many days.

The Sentinels opened the WDA Tournament on Thursday with a four-set loss to No. 1 Bismarck Century, 25-17, 16-25, 25-14, 25-20, and dropped a loser-out match to No. 4 Bismarck Legacy on Friday, 29-27, 25-23, 25-13.

Brynn Francis led Minot North with nine kills against the Patriots, adding 11 assists and 11 digs. The Sentinels took a set from Century for the second time in three meetings, winning the second set before dropping the final two.

Elli Laskowski had a team-high seven kills against the Sabers.

Legacy finished with 10 blocks.
