Minotauros’ Zugec called to Fargo Force
Minot Minotauros’ announced that forward Brady Zugec was called up to the Fargo Force, a Tier I junior ice hockey team in the Western Conference of the United States Hockey League on Tuesday, Nov. 18 in an online post.
Zugec, a 19 year-old from Geneva, NY, began his first season with the Minot Minotauros this season and is already leading the team in goals with nine. He also has nine assists on the season, giving him another team lead in total points with 18. The Fargo Force were founded in 2008 and have won two league championships in 2018 and 2024. The Force were also named USHL Organization of the Year for their 2008-2009 and 2012-2013 seasons.
Zugec’s call-up came after the Minotaurs swept the St. Cloud Norsemen in their four game series 2-0, 4-3, 4-3 and 5-4. Zugec scored six goals in the last four games; two assists in the same games gave him a total of eight points.
