Beavers’ season ends in NSIC quarterfinals

The Minot State women’s soccer team ended their 2025 season Monday night, Nov. 10, with a loss to Concordia-St. Paul in their NSIC quarterfinals 3-0 in shootout.

The Beavers and the Gold Bears played 110 minutes of scoreless soccer at Herb Parker Stadium, sending the two teams to a penalty shootout with a score of 0-0. The Beavers were unable to score in the shootout, and Concordia-St. Paul was able to score three goals, winning them the quarterfinal match 3-0.

Concordia-St. Paul advanced to the NSIC semifinals. Redshirt sophomore goalie Rebecca Sargent had eleven saves through Monday’s game and one save in the penalty shootout. This season was head coach Chris Logan’s first leading the Beavers. Their season ended with a record of 9-5-5.
