BOTTINEAU – November 15, 2024, the Dakota College at Bottineau (DCB) accepted the resignation of Larry Roberts, head coach of the women’s basketball team. This change in personnel is effective immediately.

“We thank Coach Roberts for the time he has invested with DCB,” stated Campus Dean Dr. Carmen Simone. “Of course, we wish him well in his future endeavors.”

Athletic Director Carolyn Rygg stated, “During this time our focus is supporting our student-athletes.”

An interim head coach decision will be made soon. A national search to fill the vacant position is being planned.

DCB men’s and women’s basketball teams will host the University of Jamestown, JV on Thursday, November 21.
