For the sixth straight week the Minot State men’s basketball team found itself in the nation’s Top 25 as the Beavers head into the final weekend of the regular season No. 24 in the nation.

The Beavers (19-7 overall, 14-6 NSIC) received 37 points in this week’s NABC Top 25 poll and slipped one spot from No. 23 to No. 24 after splitting a pair of NSIC games at home.

Minot State now hits the road for its final two regular-season games before the NSIC Tournament, which begins Wednesday, Feb. 28, with first-round games hosted by teams finishing fifth through eighth in the NSIC standings.

The Beavers wrap up the season playing at Southwest Minnesota State on Friday and at Sioux Falls on Saturday.

Minot State was one of four NSIC teams in the NABC Top 25 as the Beavers join No. 4 ranked Minnesota State, Mankato, No. 12 Minnesota Duluth, and No. 13 Minnesota State Moorhead.
