North Dakota State University announced its volleyball schedule for the 2021 season on Thursday.

The Bison will host MSU Moorhead in an exhibition match at the Bentson Bunker Fieldhouse on Saturday, Aug. 21, before hitting the road for four weekends of non-conference play.

NDSU opens against Northern Iowa, Green Bay and Ball State, in Wisconsin, on Aug. 27-28. On Sept. 3-4, the Bison head to Chicago to play Chicago State, Charlotte and Niagara.

The final two weekends of the non-conference schedule feature trips to the West Coast, playing Butler, Cal and Nevada in Berkeley, California, on Sept. 10-11 before meeting Portland State twice and Gonzaga in Portland, Oregon, on Sept. 17-18.

The Bison open Summit League play at home on Sept. 23 and Sept. 25, hosting Kansas City and Oral Roberts. The regular season concludes Nov. 18 and Nov. 20 with South Dakota State and South Dakota coming to Fargo. Summit League schools will play 18 league matches this season – nine at home and nine away with the addition of St. Thomas to the conference.
