MDN File Photo On Tuesday, Morgan Wheeler (9), an outside hitter for Minot High School, signed a National Letter of Intent to continue her volleyball career at Bismarck State University. The 5-foot-9 senior was an All-WDA Conference selection in 2019 and 2020, and averaged 3.4 kills per set this past season. Her former high school head coach Sherry Carlson considers Morgan to be one of the top hitters in the Western Dakota Association.
