Dickinson defeats Majettes softball for fifth at state

Dickinson senior Kennedy Kuntz (2) runs through first base with Majettes senior Morgan Theis covering the base Saturday morning at the South Hill Softball Complex in Minot. Dickinson topped Minot, 5-3, to earn fifth place at the Class A softball state tournament. Midgets freshman Reese Hauck hit two home runs in the contest, while Mataya Mortensen pitched a complete game.
