Thanks, Minot, for your hospitality

Pat Fischer, Ellensburg, Wash.

I recently visited Minot to attend the funeral of my sister. Most of us were from out of the area and we stayed at the Sparks Hotel on the 20th. We had family in from Texas, Arizona, Washington, Indiana, Iowa, Montana and South Dakota.

Thanks to the hotel and their fabulous staff. The facility was amazing. We gathered in their lunchroom facility and their lobby with around 20 to 30 of us at times. We dined, reminisced and took photos along with visiting with relatives who dropped in and brought goodies from the CrossRoads.

We had the opportunity to visit with the local police department due to an auto accident we were involved in. They were super great people and were on the scene in 2 minutes or less, along with the fire department. All were concerned for our safety. The ABRA Auto Body shop folks were quick to our rescue and took care of our needs.

We dined at Kroll’s and The Badlands and ordered pizza from a place nearby. Food was all great and served quickly.

The Thomas Funeral Home and the FlowerBox saw to our every need.

Thanks Minot for making a sad occasion a very memorable weekend for our families. What great hospitality.

Thanks to all our extended families who came to visit with us and attend services.

Thanks to Minot and all involved, from the The Quarnes, The Fischers, The Rogers, and all of our families.

Starting at $2.99/week.
