How many more must die

With reference to the latest in a long string of deaths as a result of a passenger vehicles and semi-trucks at the U.S. 83 and N.D. 23 intersection: How many more people must die before the NDDOT installs traffic control devices at this location? One has to ask themself: what is even one human life worth? I often travel between Minot and Bismarck and cringe every time I pass through this intersection!
