If you haven’t had a chance yet to witness the spectacular fall colors of Minot’s trees from the heights of the new walking path in Northwest Minot, off of County Road 15, you are missing out on a great valley view of the Trestle and the surrounding hills.  Many thanks to our Parks and Recreation to have had the vision to build this treasure.  

Another treat would be Mystic Horizons.   Located North of the base, and on the way to Bottineau, it is a wonderful afternoon well spent.  Not only do you get to witness the glorious colors of fall, enjoy the gift of Mystic Horizons, but also get to gaze down at the valley in one of the most beautiful panoramic, idyllic prairie views in North Dakota.

Treat yourself and your family!  It is well worth it.
