The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized. — Fourth Amendment to the US Constitution

It shouldn’t matter what your political stripe may be: liberal, conservative, Libertarian, Republican or Democrat, you might be a hypocrite if you find it acceptable for the storm trooper invasion of Donald Trump’s home at Mar-a-Lago recently.

For those that might have actually studied American history, you will remember there were many reasons which caused the American Revolutionary War. But I’ll assure you that the unjustified search and seizure into the colonist’s homes and possessions by British soldiers ranked near top of the list.
