Allow me to introduce myself. I am Duane Brekke. I was born a Norwegian so if I am a little slow, please bear with me. I am also a news junkie!
President Putin brings his oligarchy together, family members included, and rules with a tight fist. In Minot in the Republican Party, we have district chairmen who have handpicked their cabinets (oligarchy). In the past week or so, they have taken money from their respective districts and sent it to the Third District. Please explain the difference to me between Putin and these District Chairmen. Now explain this to me slowly! Did I say slowly?
