“The rich need to pay their fair share!” Oh really? Let’s take a look at this common and often repeated lie by the Marxist Socialist Democrats who now run that Party. This is a lie that has served them well for decades come election time, and a lie which is divisive, creating class warfare in this country by pitting Americans against fellow Americans which, of course, is exactly what Marxists do in order to foment animosity and further the revolution.

Some tax statistics from 2018 . . . The top 1% of taxpayers (anyone who made over $540,000) paid 40% of all federal income taxes in this country. The top 10% paid 71% of all federal income taxes, while the bottom 50%+ paid nothing in federal taxes, that would be zilch, nada, zip, nil, so have no skin in the game and can immorally and unconscionably vote tax increases on their fellow citizens to benefit themselves with impunity, thus perpetuating the lie and poison that is Socialism. Now I ask you if you have any sense of fairness, and a working mind, who is it that’s “not paying their fair share?”

Socialism breaks at least four of the 10 Commandments given by God in the Decalogue. It breaks the 1st commandment: “You shall have no gods before me,” as it makes the State god and looks to it to meet all needs. The 2nd Commandment, “You shall not make for yourself an idol,” the State (the centralized federal government) is made an idol and object of worship, bowed down to and served. It violates the 8th commandment, “You shall not steal.” Socialism steals from some (especially the most productive citizens) by means of the instrumentality of the government and “redistributes” that stolen money in order to give it to others for their votes in order to keep themselves (the ruling elite class) in power. Finally, it breaks the 10th commandment, “You shall not covet,” as the whole system of Socialism, as well as Communism, works on the sin of envy and coveting what another has, namely their wealth and possessions.

In a word, socialism is evil and operates counter to God’s law. It’s parasitic in nature needing a host (a robust free market economy) to suck off of to survive. This is precisely why it has failed everywhere on the face of the globe where it has been tried, and will always fail, as opposition to God’s law is opposition to the way things are, opposition to reality itself, and reality doesn’t give way to utopian fantasy and inherently flawed ideologies. Therefore, by all means, let’s stop going down this destructive dead-end path here in America where we’ve already begun to taste its bitter and deadly fruit.
