Tap the fund

I have an idea on how to get more people vaccinated and give our economy a boost.
With all the money that’s in the Legacy Fund, why not give $500 or even $1,000 to everyone who has been fully vaccinated. The state health department should have records of who has been fully vaccinated, so as no one can try to scam the fund.
Maybe more people would then get fully vaccinated and we could get rid of this terrible virus and hopefully get back to what we remember as normal.
Plus, the people might go out and spend some of that money back into the economy!
