In this high tech world there has to be an answer to all the killing. Is a high-caliber bullet really necessary to stop a lot of criminal activity?
What happened to the rubber bullet? Yes, a taser is available in some cases. However, it seems to be very ineffective.
I would like to have people write in with their suggestions. I don’t have the answers. Let’s open up a conversation about this and perhaps we can save some lives. It is clear that our police departments need some help.
