Seventeen Republican attorneys joined the Texas Attorney General in an attempt to get the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn election results in four key states, thereby giving Donald Trump another four-year term. What action is this really? It’s a naked asssault on our very democracy. It’s a blatant attempt to nullify millions of votes in these states. It’s an attack against our constitutional government. Don’t votes cast by our citizens mean anything to these would-be usurpers? While this whole attempt at election tampering is ludicrous, it points to the pathetic Republican officials lining up like lemmings jumping off the political cliff for Trump, the loser of this election. How sad that our North Dakotan Attorney General is in this group!
