Just a few succinct comments in response to the far-left, ultra-liberal, socialist letter in last Saturday’s MDN. When I contact Armstrong, Hoeven, or Cramer about an issue, I always get a well thought out reply. I may not always agree, but I DO get an answer.

President Trump has done more for this country than any president since Reagan, Democrat or Republican. He has boosted our economy, vastly strengthened our military, and improved our standing on the world stage. Countries that used to think we wouldn’t cross any “line in the sand” now fear us, and that’s a fear that prevents wars not starts them.

The Democratic Party of today is not the party of years past. The Democratic Party now has an agenda that includes a loss of Second Amendment rights, unfettered immigration with open borders, loss of religious freedom unless the “religion” meets their criteria, a scaled-back military, redistribution of wealth thru tax rates that will ruin our economy, sanctuary cities, single-payer health care, loads of “free” stuff, and total control of our lives by the federal government.

Their ultimate goal is the the removal of our constitution and the destruction of our constitutional republic to be replaced by total socialism. If the Democrats win in November, our country will never recover. I didn’t spend 30 years in the U.S. Air Force and support 3 campaigns in Vietnam to see this great nation ruined by those whose only goal is absolute power, and as they say, “absolute power corrupts absolutely.”

That concludes my far-right, ultra-conservative rant for which I make no apologies.
