Minot Storm Invitational a success

Thor Nelson, Minot

The Minot Storm Fastpitch program along with our parent company, Minot Girls Fastpitch, Inc, would like to say thank you for helping us host the 5th Annual Minot Storm Invitational. Forty-five teams took the field in the Magic City last weekend for a total of 92 games in 48 hours. To the Minot Park District for the top notch complex and your crew that was nothing short of amazing. Ninety-two games in 48 hours is tough to handle and your ground crews and concession workers were fantastic all weekend.

To All American Trophies for the design and delivery of the tournament shirts and medals. Always top notch customer service and wonderful products.

To Visit Minot for the banners and schedules for the tournament boards. Your help pulling this all together is not seen by many but so appreciated by our programs.

To the Minot Daily News and KX network, thank you for covering the ladies during their home tournament. Making the information available to those that can not attend is a wonderful thing for friends and families.

To our sponsors, thank you for making the season possible for the roughly 300 young ladies that get to play this great game of fastpitch. Without your support, our program could not enjoy the success it has each year.

To the City of Minot, thank you for helping provide a place for these ladies to call home. It always brings a smile to see the ladies descend on the South Hill Complex and compete with the best the state has to offer.

To our players, parents, coaches and volunteers, thank you for your time and dedication to these young ladies. Your commitment helps our program grow stronger each and every season.

These young ladies learn so much more than the game of softball each summer. The future looks bright in the Magic City. Thank you for letting them join us for this great game.

Looking forward to the 2021 Minot Storm Invitational.
