Congress needs to correct stimulus bill

What? Donald Trump wants his signature on relief checks? Unconscionable, but how can we disregard reports to that effect?
Congress needs to immediately pass technical corrections to that bill stating that:
Checks will be issued the normal way, by the United States Treasury with the signature of the United States Treasurer.
Checks may not include the name or signature of Donald J. Trump
Checks may not include the name or signature of Mike Pence
Checks may not include the name or signature of Secretary of the Treasury Steven Mnuchin.
