Farmers and ranchers, now that we here in North Dakota are going into the worst part of winter after a terrible summer, please let me ask of you. Please keep an eye on your neighbor and their livestock, including horses and dogs. For some, it’s going to be hard to feed their animals sufficiently considering the poor hay season some have had.
So if you see an unhealthy situation for your neighbors’ animals, please help if you can, but no matter what, report it!
There’s been way too much animal abuse/neglect in North Dakota. We have to put an end to it.
