So now it is Trinity’s fault that the city council can’t figure out that no one in Minot except them wants a gathering space?
Trinity said “no,” so it is “no.” No explanation needed. Three spaces considered, none acceptable? Duh? Just like the parking garages that no one wanted but the city council, this is yet another boondoggle that will cost us money and time. What is so complicated? NO GATHERING SPACE!
