Good thinking MDN. I was happy to read the MDN will save money consolidating the Saturday and Sunday paper, everyone deserves a day off. I want to keep getting the paper, it’s one of the few daily pleasures I have and it’s the best bargain around! However, I am sorry to see the Gathering Space in peril of being scrapped!

Having shopped in downtown Minot for 80 plus years and not just shopping, also eating, walking around and bringing out of town guests to window shop and have lunch. After all the construction in the downtown area, it is so pretty on Main Street with wonderful merchandise to purchase.

Having a space for people to gather, visit, reminisce, special events, some good food and beverages sounds like good advice, just what the doctor ordered. Three cheers for MDN and Downtown Gathering Space!
