When does it end? Our City Council is in the process of awarding an almost one million bid to fix leaky roofs on the clown town parking ramps?
My thoughts are to shutter the North Ramp completely. If and when the city booms then reopen. Now my thoughts on where the butterflies and unicorns will be free at the (gathering space) will be answered later. CP Rail next to the Garden of Minot? Oil tankers next to the “Gathering Space?”
