Do homework on recycling

I watched a TV special news program on how China is no longer wanting recycling material from the U.S.A. They have increased their recycling charges substantially to discourage shipments.
Also many cities that recycle are having to increase charges to their customers due to increased cost for sorting recycle materials.
I hope Minot does intensive research on cities our size that are already recycling.
