Sharon Ann Rollman, 88, Aurora, CO, formerly of Minot, ND, passed away peacefully on September 8, 2026, in Parker, CO with family present at her bedside.
Sharon was born to Ruth and John Wagner on February 18, 1938, in rural Velva, ND. After her 1955 high school graduation, she attended Trinity School of Nursing in Minot, graduating in 1958, followed by a 41-year career as a Registered Nurse in Cardiology for Trinity Hospital in Minot, until her retirement in 1999.
Sharon married Richard Rollman in 1975 who was her partner and best friend until his death in 2005. She relied on her faith in God to guide her through her life and found peace with the Lord. As a long-time member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, she was active in LWML, as well as volunteering for many other church activities. She not only served her Lord but cherished serving others and continued her passion for healthcare by volunteering at Trinity Hospital until 2023, where she helped patients navigate the system. In addition to her volunteering, she was a member of the ND Nurses Association and served on the Trinity Hospital Auxiliary Board.
She will be remembered for her smile, and her ability to make others smile. She was always up for a game of cards, bowling, camping, and teaching the grandkids how to play Cribbage.
She is survived by her two children, daughter Tamara Norenberg (Ross) Ehrmantraut of Aurora, CO, and son Michael J. Norenberg of Garrison, ND; grandchildren, Katie (George) Helock of Aurora, CO, Erin (Case) Giacomelli of Denver, CO, and Chelsi Norenberg of Grand Forks, ND; five great-grandchildren: Asher, Agostino, Eleanor, Leo and George V; and multiple nieces and nephews.
Sharon was preceded in death by her parents, husbands Dennis Norenberg and Richard Rollman, and sisters Genevieve Spletto and Geraldine Christianson.
A celebration of Sharon's life will be held on Saturday, October 3, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Minot.
A visitation will be held at Thomas Family Funeral Home in Minot on Friday, October 2, 2026, from 5:00-7:00 pm.
