D'arcy Melvin Villneauve (Vastag), 54, passed away August 28, 2026, at his home in St. Cloud, MN.
D'arcy was born September 18, 1971, in Minot to Paulette Vastag (Villneauve). He graduated from Sawyer High School in 1990. After graduation, D'arcy served four years in the United States Marine Corps as an 0311 Rifleman.
D'arcy met his wife, Christi, in 1999 and moved to St. Cloud, MN, marrying on August 17, 2007. After a work accident, D'arcy became a stay-at-home dad.
D'arcy is survived by his wife, Christina Villneauve (Johnsen); children, Hunter Johnsen (Paige Bierschbach), Jordan Johnsen, and Alysia Johnsen (Jae Knutson), St. Cloud, MN; brother, Clint Vastag (Krista Gertken) of Richmond, MN; sister, Deana (Mark) Hager of Bismarck; father, Clayton Fredrickson of Minot; many nieces and nephews; dogs and granddogs.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Paulette Poitra (Villneauve); sister, Carletta Vastag; grandparents; several aunts, uncles, cousins, and his beloved dog, Keeva.
