Blaine Van Berkom, 84, of Minot, ND (formerly of Powers Lake, ND), passed away on Saturday, September 19, 2026, at Somerset Court Assisted Living in Minot, ND.
A Memorial service for Blaine will be held on Friday, October 2, 2026 at the Powers Lake Kingdom Hall, 9070 Highway 50 Powers Lake, ND 58773. Services will begin at 11:00 a.m. with Ryan Bousfield, officiating.
The service will be available on Zoom at 872-9056-0394 passcode 1379.
Blaine will be laid to rest following the service at the Bethel Lutheran Cemetery of Powers Lake, ND.
