Patricia "Patti" Jean Yuds, 72, passed away peacefully on August 12, 2026, surrounded by her loved ones. Patti was born on December 10, 1953, in Wisconsin, to Gus Bruckner and Yvonne Steger. She was their only child.
Throughout her life, Patti lived in Wisconsin, Missouri, and California before finally settling in Minot, North Dakota, where she built a beautiful life with the love of her life, her loving and devoted husband of 36 years, Michael J. Yuds Sr.
Patti worked at First Western Bank and Trust in Minot from 1992 until her retirement in 2014 where she built many wonderful friendships. Patti was a kind, loving, and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She had a heart that was always open to the people she loved and found her greatest happiness in being surrounded by her family. Her children and grandchildren were her pride and joy, and she treasured every moment, conversation, laugh, and memory she shared with them. She leaves behind not only countless memories, but a lifetime of love that will continue through the family she cherished so deeply.
Patti is survived by her loving husband, Michael J. Yuds Sr.; her children, Kelly Reindel (Jared), Chad Goforth (Amanda), Amber Soto (Marko), and Michael J. Yuds Jr. (Monica); and her grandchildren, Alex, Connor, Sam, Matthew, Skyler, Kaylie, Lukas, Colton, Danika, Aidan, Chase, and Everly.
Patti was preceded in death by her parents, Gus Bruckner and Yvonne Steger.
She will be deeply missed by her family and friends and will forever remain in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing and loving her. Though her life has ended, the love she gave so freely will live on through her family and the memories they will carry with them forever.
A Celebration of Life for Patti will be held at a later date. Details will be shared with family and friends once arrangements have been made.

This cause meant so much to her, and donations would be a meaningful way to honor her life and help give hope to children and families facing cancer.
