Rosie Roll, 92, Minot, ND, passed away Sunday, May 10, 2026, in her home.

Rosie Frances Feist was born January 29, 1934, the daughter of Vincent and Margaret (Lenhart) Feist, in Braddock, North Dakota. She finished 8th grade at St. Mary’s Catholic School in Bismarck, North Dakota.

Rosie married Alex Roll on October 16, 1951. They made their home on the Roll family farm before moving back to Bismarck. Alex passed away January 21, 1991.

She was a member of St. Leo the Great Catholic Church and Christian Mothers.

She was a wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.

Her loving family includes: children, Kenneth Roll, Floyd Roll, Alex Roll, John Roll, Sharon (John) Gerle, Karen (Jerry) Hager; grandchildren, Juleah Roll, Joshua (Annie) Roll and their children, Elias, Dylan, Jaxson, Parker; Justin (Terry) Roll and their child, Elora; Val (Joseph) Cunningham and their children, Noah, Max, and Emily (Darin) Malafa and their child, Atlas; and Emily (Darin) Malafa and their child, Atlas; Alexandra and her child, Isabele; Michele (Melroy) Schei and their children, Tyler and Alexis; Angela Gerle; Mark Hager and his child, Zane; Miranda Hager, Lucas Hager and his child Marcas; brothers, Joseph (Joanne) Feist; sisters, Anne White, Mary (Jerry) Neuhalfen; sister-in-law, Pamela Feist; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Alex; daughter-in-law, Marilyn Roll; grandchild, Veronique Roll; daughter-in-law, Marilyn Roll; brothers, Harry Feist, Michael Feist, Vincent Feist; sister, Judy (Richard) Weinberger; brother-in-law, Bernie White.

Mass of Christian Burial: Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Leo the Great Catholic Church, Minot.

Interment: Rosehill Memorial Park, Minot, ND.

Visitation: Monday from 5 to 7 p.m. at Thompson-Larson Funeral Home, Minot.

Vigil Prayer Service: Monday at 7 p.m. at Thompson-Larson Funeral Home, Minot.

Memorials: are preferred to Bishop Ryan Catholic Schools.
