Jerry Walks, 82, Minot, ND, passed away Saturday, February 14, 2026, at Trinity Hospital in Minot.

Jerry Allen Walks was born January 17, 1944, the son of Gordon and Lenore (Olson) Walks, in Sharon, ND. He was raised and educated in the Cooperstown area, then later Minot.

He married Sharon Westrum on January 28, 1966. They made their home in Minot.

He worked for Philip 66, CPS, and G & P Sales. He then worked for Nielson Steward (Ryan GMC) for 31 years.

His loving family includes: wife of 60 years, Sharon; sister, Darlene Nelson; mother-in-law, Delores Stack; brothers-in-law, Douglas Stack, James McGinley, Terry Eslington; sisters-in-law, Carol McGinley, Vanessa Eslinger; and numerous nieces, nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Cremation has taken place and there will be no formal services.
