Evelyn Dale Paulson, 68 of Rugby was born March 3rd 1957 in Tempe, Arizona to Richard Dale Sr and Francis Joann (Smith) Scott. She died on Wednesday, October 29th, 2025 with her family by her side at Altru Hospital in Grand Forks, North Dakota. She is survived by the love of her life for almost 24 years Virgil Lemar; children, Kimberly Paulson (Robert), Tamera Paulson (Ryan), Kyler Lemar (Jessica), Chandler Lemar and Sherrice Roness (Justin); grandchildren; great grandchildren; siblings, Dale (Missie), Sylvia, Dianna and Paula. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, November 8th at the Anderson Funeral Home in Rugby. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the services on Saturday.
