Janet Elaine Norsby, 85, of Rugby, passed away September 25, 2025.

She is survived by her husband, Raymond; children, Rochelle (Michael) Heilman, Janelle (Erik) Rasmussen, and Kevin (Nancy) Norsby; sister, Grace Marchand; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and extended family. She was preceded in death by her parents, sisters Janice Seiffert and Beverly Seter, and granddaughter, Krista Heilman.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 25 at First Lutheran Church, Rugby. Memorials preferred to the American Cancer Society, First Lutheran Church, Heart of America Hospice, or donor’s choice.
