George Darrel Hofmann, , son of Herman and Goldie (Kuhnhenn) Hofmann was born on September 18, 1925 at his homestead near Denbigh, North Dakota. He died at the age of 100 and 1 day on September 19, 2025 at the Good Samaritan Society in Bottineau, North Dakota. He married Shirley Einarson on June 21, 1952. He is survived by his son, Bradley (Amy) Hofmann of Bismarck; daughters, Jodie (Dan) Keller of Upham, Jackie Becker of Towner and Becky (John) Cunningham of Morawa, Western Australia. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, September 26 at Zion Lutheran Church in Towner with burial in Union Cemetery. Visitation will be on Thursday from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. with a prayer service and sharing beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Anderson Funeral Home in Towner.
