Shelley Rae Iverson. 74, Tolley, died Sunday, Aug. 10, 2025, at a Minot hospital.
She was born Aug. 21, 1950, in Minot, a daughter of George and Kathleen (Johnson) Caley. She was raised in Minot and attended Minot Public Schools. She worked as a desk clerk at a hotel and worked for many years as an operator at a telephone answering service. She worked in the respiratory department at the State Hospital in Jamestown, worked as a server at many bars, clubs and restaurants, including Mouse River Park, Wayne’s Bar in Kenmare, Speedway and Joe’s Bar and Grill.
Shelley was a longtime EMT for the Tolley Station of the Mohall-Lansford-Sherwood-Tolley Ambulance service.
Shelley married Darrell Iverson on Nov. 1, 1996. She enjoyed bowling and curling up with a good book to read.
Family: Husband, Darrell Iverson, Tolley; daughters, Debbie and Wendy; several grandchildren and a few great-grandchildren; sister, Kathy Kragh; stepsons, Jeff (Robin) Iverson, Todd (Tina) Iverson and Scott Iverson; four step-grandchildren and five step great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Shelley was preceded in death by: her parents, George and Kathleen Caley; sisters, Kae Ellen Pearson and Janice Caley; and brothers, Kim Caley, George Caley, Bruce Caley and Garry Pearson.
Gathering: 11 a.m., Saturday, Aug. 16, 2025, at the Tolley Fire Hall, Tolley.
