Amanda Lynch

Sept. 5, 1986-July 1, 2025
Sherwood
Amanda Lee Lynch, 38, Sherwood, died Tuesday, July 1, 2025, at a Minot hospital.
She was born Sept. 5, 1986, at Ellsworth AFB, S.D., to Diane Kwasigroch-Herrmann and Lynn Hurd. Amanda and her mother moved to Minot in 1987 when Amanda was nine months old.
She lived in Minot until 2006 when she met the love of her life, Andrew Lynch. They moved to Mohall where they began growing their family. In August of 2008, Amanda gave birth to their first son, Brian. They continued expanding their family with the birth of Jaydon in June of 2011, Jackson in February of 2013, and finally Brianna in May of 2023.
In 2018, Amanda began her career at Gooseneck Implement in Mohall. She served as the store administrator and moved up to being the Regional Service Writer for Minot and Elgin. She built a very strong relationship with so many great coworkers, farmers and friends in the region.
Also in 2018, Amanda and Andrew purchased a farmstead on the outskirts of Sherwood where she was able to fulfill one of her dreams of being in the country on their own private farmstead.
She was so amazing, beautiful, kind hearted, caring, selfless and always had that unforgettable smile that could turn those darkest days into the most beautiful blue skies anyone has ever seen. Amanda enjoyed most of all being present with her family, whether it was going to Northgate Dam to go fishing from the shore, or it was a night in pajamas on the couch for movie night.
Family: Amanda’s legacy continues with her husband, Andrew Lynch; children, Brian, Jaydon, Jackson and Brianna Lynch; grandmother, Sharyn Nickle-Raveling; mother, Diane; sister, Destany; mother-in-law, Joann, and her husband, Kevin; sister-in-law, Elizabeth; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.
