Richard “Rick” Stigen, 76 of Towner died on Saturday at Bethany Living Center in Fargo.

He was born on July 20, 1948 to Raymond and Helen Stigen in Rugby.

He is survived by his wife, Rita Stigen of Towner; children, Robyn Jordan (David Jaeger) of Rugby, Raye Johnson (Chad Jacobson) of Willow City, Robert (Kelly) Stigen of Towner and Roberta Stigen (Keith) of Fargo; grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday at St. Cecilia’s Catholic Church in Towner with burial in the church cemetery.

Visitation will be on Thursday from 5 to 7 p.m. with a rosary, vigil prayer service and sharing beginning at 7 p.m. at the church in Towner.
