Darryl Boppre,64, Minneapolis area, formerly of Minot, passed away peacefully on May 23, 2025, surrounded by the love of his family during the final days of his life.

He was born and raised in Minot. He graduated from Minot High School class of 1979.

A devoted father, proud grandfather, loving son, and cherished brother, Darryl’s greatest joy in life was his family, especially his five grandchildren, who lit up his world.

He leaves behind two beloved children: Chris and his wife Katrina, along with their daughters Hazel (4) and Olive (9 months); and Jordan and her fiancée Kyle, along with their children Peyton (8), Parker (6), and Jaxon (17).

He is also survived by his mother, Sharon; and his four siblings: Greg (Jeanne), Audrey(David) Knutson, Brian(Deb) and Shelly (Ron) DeMers and their families, each of whom held a special place in his heart.

He now reunited in heaven with his father, Lloyd, whose memory he always held close. He was also preceded in death by numerous aunts and uncles and two nephews, Kevin and Jason.

A celebration of life will take place on Sept. 6, 2025 in the Minneapolis area with more details to follow.
