Elsie Weigel Rodriguez, 89, cherished mother, sister, grandmother, and great‒grandmother, formerly of Minot, passed away peacefully on April 18, 2025, in Las Vegas, Nevada. Mass of Christian Burial: 11:00am on May 30, 2025 at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, Minot. Visitation May 29, 2025 from 5-7 pm at the Thomas Family Funeral Home, Minot. She is survived by her children Kermit (Lisa) Zerr and Karen (Robert) Vassar, 6 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and 12 siblings. Elsie was preceded in death by her son Kelan Zerr.
